Here we go December. Times are buzzing and we’re bringing you some movement + headspace with Yoga Squad’s Power Yoga class.
Move it. Burn it. Power it. Power Yoga classes are designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Classes move at an accelerated pace to keep your practice a fluid, creative and energizing experience. Work out your body and mind through a challenging class. *But modifications will be offered so come at any level! It’s just us women.
*Anyone wanting to grab lunch/brunch at Whole Foods across the street will continue on for some social connection. As always we’ll have giveaways and you’ll get to meet more women in the group!
