Of course you’ve heard how great meditation can be for you, the many health benefits, yada yada. But do you actually do it?
This week I’m challenging you (and myself) to try meditation each day in some capacity. Try it for 2 minutes, 5 minutes or go crazy and do two a days. To get things started and make it a little more fun, I’ve found two videos below. Enjoy!
