Melinda here, your No. 1 hype woman! I would never begin a conversation by talking about myself. So, let's table the "About Page" agenda and start with you.

You know those dreams you have for your life (and business) that you're terrified to say out loud? Yeah, those. The ones that go on your vision board year after year that you feel are out of reach. Those are the dreams that me and the TBB community want to help you manifest!

As a licensed esthetician and account manager for the global skincare brand DMK I get to support spa owners in their dreams of helping women achieve their skin health goals and gain confidence. It was actually one of my DMK Skin Revision partners who asked if I could support her at an event. She was located in Asheville, NC. Without hesitation I agreed because one thing I know to be true is empowered women, empower women!

Ladies, they say "your vibe attracts your tribe" and well it must have been kismet that I was there that night. The amount of love, community and just kick ass women leaning into their feminine energy was nothing short of magical.  This is how I knew I had to be a part of this sisterhood of like minded women coming together as a collective in support of one another.

I'm SUPER excited to bring this same magic, known as The Beauty Boost to the Greater Atlanta area. So get ready peaches! It's now YOUR time to feel empowered, healthy and beautiful, more than ever before. and because you've read this far... it's safe to say that you have found your tribe :)

ATLANTA FAVORITES

Girl, this list is forever evolving so I'll have to say that since moving to the peach state in 2000. I've really enjoyed all of the wonderful state parks, especially during the leaf color changing season.

As a foodie, I'm ALWAYS looking for a cool brunch spot, local farmers market or a hidden "hole in the wall" gem on Buford Hwy. So don't gate keep, sharing is caring ;) Shoot me a DM with some of your local hotspots and maybe we can host one of our upcoming socials there!

IDEAL SUNDAY

Sunday is sort of like my big reset, in preparation for the week ahead. Kick off the day being still, mindful and setting intentions for the week. Fresh air and kicking it with mother nature is a must! During the week it's the silver comet trail but weekends are reserved for hiking one of our many beautiful state parks. Chat time with the family, meal prep and just chill. 

If I can manage to be done with everything by noon and have the rest of the day to just enjoy whatever the day may bring, this is pure bliss for me.
