Create your own FUN FACTOR List!

Hey Gal! Happy Monday!

Something I'm trying to prioritize this time of my life is FUN.

Lately my life has felt like a long to-do list and like I always need to be productive. Everything feels just kinda “fine."

I've realized I'm not even sure what I consider “fun” lately so I've started making a list, intentionally built in pieces into my schedule that I know I'll enjoy and am continuously looking to try new hobbies, groups and find something to volunteers in that has to do with kids.

Here's some quick tips to create your own FUN FACTOR LIST:

  1. Use a piece of paper or your iphone notes app and start listing out everything that brings you joy. My list began with things like: weekend farmers markets, taking my dog to the waterfall, community garage sales with my mom etc

  2. Think about the people that light you up. The nights where you're just always laughing and could be doing ANYTHING with those people and it doesn't matter because it's just so fun! For example, my college roommate Tina just moved back and she's one of those people. Then intentionally invite those people to a weekend dinner or hangout to start building in time with them or else life gets busy.

  3. Try new things. I'm craving to meet new people and try new experiences that don't involve drinking. I've also been craving to get back into volunteering like I did back in college so I'm working on finding new groups, activities and volunteer opportunities.

ENJOY!
