⟣ MEET THE CITY OWNER ⟢

I’m a booze-free mid-30’s mom to a beautiful teenage daughter and goldendoodle Ferris Bueller, a loving wife to my partner of nearly 16 years, and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. I first fell in love with TBB when I attended my first (also favorite) event, Hocus Pocus. I love everything TBB stands for and that it creates a space to not only meet so many amazing women, but it also supports local businesses. I am a social butterfly and believe in the power of connection. Now given the opportunity to take on TBB Asheville as the new city owner, I am honored to carry the torch forward and I’m excited for the next chapter we build in this amazing community. I truly believe in the power of women coming together. Life is more beautiful when we lift each other up. 

ASHEVILLE FAVORITES

Midwestern native, my family and I moved to Asheville in 2017 after craving a slower life in the mountains. We have no shortage of stunning views and amazing trails to hike, so I love going on adventures and exploring new places. I live in the North Asheville area where you can find me walking the beautiful Beaver Lake most days. I am a lover of cute coffee shops- High Five, Liberty House, and Ultra Coffeebar to name a few! I absolutely love the River Arts District, specifically the Marquee! We have SO many talented artists here in Asheville. A few of my favorite restaurants are Leo’s House of Thirst, Red Ginger and Luminosa! Even after 7 years here we are still seeing things and trying places “for the first time”. And hands-down my absolute FAVORITE thing about living in Asheville is the live music scene! Live music fills me with energy that makes me feel truly alive! Coffee + Concert date anyone?! 

MY MORNING ROUTINE

Sunday’s are always family days! I start my day snuggling with Ferris and slowly getting started. I love to enjoy an iced coffee while my husband makes us all breakfast.

Whether my daughter and I go off on a thrifting and lunch date, the 3 of us go out on an adventure, or if it’s football season and we’re watching football, we’re all together. I like to use the evenings to do some chores or self-care, and plan out my week so I feel prepared for what’s ahead. I love to cook dinner and end the evening by having dinner at the table with the 3 of us and my in-laws; a non-negotiable. After dinner we end our night with family time together.
