After starting my life coaching business, I realized the potential Denver held and had a huge desire to create something like TBB. When TBB Denver became available, I had to jump on it so I could help grow & create this community of like-minded women. I absolutely love bringing people together, allowing for connection and creating amazing experiences, so TBB felt so aligned with how I live my life.

DENVER FAVORITES

My favorite coffee shop to work from is Crema Coffee in Five Points;check out their fresh juice and homemade sweet potato waffles (and of course their coffee too)! Junction Food & Drink is great for its larger co-working space and many food and drink options! I’m also a big fan of Stanley Marketplace; it's home to many local businesses and an amazing yoga studio-Vibe Yoga & Wellness. As far as workout studios, I’ve tried A TON and have found my home at TruFusion, but still use classpass to discover new studios in the area and try new workouts!

MY IDEAL SUNDAY

My idea of a perfect Sunday is sleeping in just a little, getting some morning movement in, and making breakfast at home. I also like to spend some time setting up my week, cleaning/doing laundry, & snuggling up in the evening with my partner and our dogs for some relaxing time!
