I am a down to earth mama of two (+ adorable furbaby) and wife that loves all things fitness, human connection, and women empowerment.  We moved to Houston during the pandemic and I am so ready to spice things up and create community with like minded women by launching The Beauty Boost!  I also own a wellness and natural beauty business so the two are truly a perfect match.

HOUSTON FAVORITES

So far my favorite thing about Houston is the weather and the Astros!  Our family really enjoys following the team and attending a couple games each season. My kids just love playing sports year round and all of the opportunities nearby.  I took my daughter to her first PitBull concert a few months ago and she was blown away by the experience!  We also love shopping and dining in the Market Street area of the Woodlands for a special treat.

MY IDEAL SUNDAY

I start my typical Sunday with a workout and smoothie just like every other day.  What can I say, I am a creature of habit!  It may seem boring to some but it is what keeps me productive, energetic and confident. If I'm not at my daugther's softball tournament, I like to use Sunday evenings as a catch up for mini business related tasks so I am able to start my week fresh!
