⟣ MEET THE CITY OWNER ⟢

I am a wife, busy boy mama, and oncology Registered Nurse. Born in Philly, raised in Pittsburgh and now I have made Lancaster my home for about 25 years. My passions include all things health, wellness and low tox living. I love reading, learning new things (next on my list is sourdough), Jesus, my sweet family, coffee, clean beauty, and dancing like nobody's watching.  

In my free time you can find me by any body of water: a stream, lake, pool, ocean, hot tub, bathtub, I am not picky. Most evenings or weekends you will find us at the boy's sporting events or out exploring in the woods or parks. 

I am so excited to bring Beauty Boost to Lancaster County to create a community for women to meet new friends, have fun, grow together, learn, be empowered and feel beautiful. 

⟣ LANCASTER FAVORITES ⟢

I enjoy all four seasons Lancaster has to offer (in my opinion, summer is starting to creep too much into my fave fall season).  Rolling farmlands, rich history and urban culture create a modern city with historic charm. The local food stands, farms and markets scattered throughout the county make cooking for a family of 5 much easier and delicious. When dining out we have so many diverse options from food trucks (family faves are Dough Head Waffles & Gourmet Julia's Way) to farm-to-table (John J Jeffries) to rooftop dining (Tellus360, The Exchange) and Southern Market where you can try different cultural delights. Throughout the week I enjoy catching up with friends and new acquaintances at local cafes including Speckled Hen, Cafe One Eight, or Coffee Co. I love catching a show at the historic Fulton Theater or Sight and Sound and shopping boutiques and local makers and artists at Artisan Mill. There is definitely something for everyone here in Lancaster County. 

⟣ MY IDEAL SUNDAY ⟢

Sleeping in, lots of snuggles, big family breakfast, followed by church. After church lunch at one of our faves, Gracie's on West Main followed by football, hiking or just hanging out at home enjoying each other's company before the start of a new week. In the evenings you can find us walking our 100 lb rescue dog, Gunner, who resembles a small black bear, and ending the night cuddled up on the couch watching a movie.
