Today, we are meeting Jenna Kupczyk, owner of Total Health and Wellness 360!
My name is Jenny. I am from PA, but I live in East Amherst, NY. I am a super grateful mom of 2 amazing teenagers. I am so grateful God chose me to be their mom! I am also super in love with my fur baby dog ~ Sable. She is a 7 year old beautiful Havanese. She gives as much love as she receives! Blessed!
Total Health and Wellness 360 was 'born' in 2015 when I made the decision to create a business around my passion. It is amazing to see how this business has transformed over the years and how many lives have been positively impacted. I have always had a passion for health and wellness along with helping others. It was an easy decision to blend the two.
Why I started:
I have immense passion for educating, inspiring and empowering others to truly achieve their greatest potential! I have always been very passionate about health and wellness so it was a very easy decision to make to commit to growing my business.
What I love about being a business owner:
I love being free to have an impact on the world! I love being in charge of my own daily schedule. It has really allowed me to create the balance I had always been looking for ~ sharing my time between my passion of helping others and my passion for being a very present mom. I am truly blessed!
What type of impact do you hope to have on those you meet and/or who purchase your products?
I love to educate, inspire and empower others to dig deep, uncover what may be holding them back from thriving, and then giving them the tools that can help them succeed. I have been extremely motivated since I expanded my health and wellness business to include Get Healthy USA which focuses on the BioPhotonic Scanner and patented formulas because they are allowing people to gain insight into their cellular health and make necessary changes to focus on wellness and prevention. The scanner also allows me to grow bigger beyond myself. As much as I love helping others ~ I am only ONE person. Having the opportunity to educate healthcare providers and wellness owned businesses allows me to extend my reach far beyond myself so there really is no limit on the people who can be positively impacted!
Who or what inspires you?
GOD 100%! My faith has given me:
* purpose, strength, wisdom, grace, forgiveness, self compassion, compassion for others, motivation, inspiration, hope, strong work ethic, belief
* the ability to discern
* the ability to serve others with grace and truth
My children inspire me daily as well! I strive daily to be a positive role model for my children in every aspect of my life.
What is your favorite piece of advice you've ever received or favorite quote?
Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing and perfect will.
What does BEAUTY mean to you?
Beauty to me goes so much further than what is on the outside. A truly beautiful person is one who has integrity, a caring heart, comes from a place of sincerity and speaks with truth and grace!
What advice would you give your past self just starting your business?
Get clear on God's purpose for you and spend your energy on creating an opportunity for you to boldly live out your purpose!
