Hey there! I was first introduced to the Beauty Boost by a new friend after moving to Washington and I was so excited about what it stood for. Having been someone who was already trying to create connections and support small businesses in the community I knew I had to be involved. Helping women feel their best and to discover their full potential has always been something I have loved and try to do every day. I love that The Beauty Boost creates a space to not only meet so many amazing people but also supports so many amazing businesses!

Every day I am discovering so many new places and things to try! This city does not fall short of amazing small businesses and things to do. From all the gorgeous outdoors activities like trails and parks to explore the PNW, to staying indoors with some delicious food or drinks. Plus, let's not forget some of the best places to pamper yourself or relax!

MY MORNING ROUTINE

I am a personal development junkie so love to start my mornings at home with a book and hot cup of coffee. But as a Mom of two littles I may not always be alone so will always soak up the cuddles. Once I have fueled my mind I love to journal about the things I am grateful for and set my intentions for the day. Mental health is so important to me so any chance I get to start my day off on a positive note I am thankful!
