Small Daily Habits to Grow Confidence!

Hey Gal! Happy Monday!

Here's the thing—confidence isn't something you wake up with one day just because you listened to a good podcast or read a self-help book. It's built, little by little, through the things you do every single day. I really really believe this and I think the biggest way to build confidence is keeping the promises you make to yourself. Feel free to apply this entire list or take the ones that resonate with you:)

1. Start Your Day With One Small Win

Make your bed, drink a glass of water, or stretch for 60 seconds—literally anything that signals, “I got this.” It's like a mental reset training your brain for confidence. Confidence grows when you keep promises to yourself, and these tiny wins stack up fast.

2. Move Your Body

Not for aesthetics. Not as punishment. Not to be a certain size. Just to feel good. Whether it's a walk, a 20-minute yoga flow, or a dance party in your living room—moving shifts your energy and reminds you that you're strong.

3. Speak to Yourself Like You Would a Friend

I remember my counselor telling me this and it really was like a lightbulb went off! If you wouldn't let your bestie talk about herself like trash, why do you do it to yourself? Swap out “Ugh, I'm so bad at this” with “I'm figuring it out.” Your inner dialogue shapes your confidence more than you think. IT'S MAJOR!!!

4. Get Comfortable With (Small) Discomfort

Confidence isn't built in your comfort zone. I think a lot of us want to live the exact same way but want to see change. And the two don't really go hand in hand. Start small—speak up in a meeting, ask for what you need, introduce yourself first. The more you stretch yourself, the easier it gets.

5. End the Day on a High Note

Before bed, name one thing you did well today. That's it. Give yourself credit. Recognizing your own progress (instead of just focusing on what's next) fuels long-term confidence. It's a mini conscious thought that has big results.

Final Thought: Confidence Is a Daily Practice
