Tips for a FUN + AFFORDABLE + LOW STRESS Summer

Whether you work for yourself or have a corporate job, here's my go to tips for creating a FUN + AFFORDABLE + LOW STRESS Summer!
Basic but effective!
Create hot girl walk “meetings”
Next time you need to have a few back to back work calls, take it to the outdoors, put your EarPods in and get that sunshine + steps in!
I know I'm going to go out for patio drinks n early apps a little more often so I am more aware of prioritizing grocery shopping, meal prep + eating clean aka not processed foods throughout the week.
Be mindful of summer sippers. If you drink alcohol, try to avoid all the sugary cocktails that leave you bloated and in a sugar coma. I always aim for a margarita cut with soda water or just a liquor + soda water + lime (sometimes a splash of ginger beer)
I try to be even more intentional with my work and time blocking so I can get stuff done efficiently adding more hours back to my day OR I add in some fun by doing a pool work day with a friend
Add in fun! Cbus where I live has so many free markets + farmers markets and happenings. Take advantage of it!
Add in little escapes. Example, I take day trips to Hocking Hills n explore a trail I've never done, hit up yellow springs for an afternoon and I've even added downtown canal Winchester to my list! They have a brewery and some cute shops. Find what you have in your town.
