Tips to Create a Life You Desire!

We know that, to have a life we desire, it takes deliberate action, focused effort + major planning.
When I was first creating TBB, I did a series of things I believe REALLY helped set me up for success which was:
*6 week B-School course by Marie Forleo
*Yoga teacher training for side income + ways to meet women
*Surrounding myself with other people doing cool things, freelancing etc
*Taking in positive podcasts and knowledge daily to give myself a “mental cleanse”
*Living a healthy life mentally + physically
*Having supportive friends
Here are some tips for setting up your life for success too:
1. GOALS + VALUES. Define your goals and values: Knowing what you want and what matters most to you is the first step towards success. Take the time to reflect on your goals and values, and write them down. This will give you clarity and direction, and help you stay motivated and focused.
2. PLAN. Create a plan: Once you know what you want, (or at least the first few steps of what you sorta want) create a plan to achieve it. Break your goals down into smaller, actionable steps, and set deadlines for each one. This will help you stay on track and measure your progress. Tell a friend or coach to hold you accountable too!
3. HABITS. Develop healthy habits: Success requires discipline and consistency which is exhausting + hard but makes all the difference. Develop healthy habits that support your goals, such as regular exercise, healthy eating, and a good sleep routine. These habits will help you feel better physically and mentally, and give you the energy and focus you need to achieve your goals.
4. MINDSET. Cultivate a positive mindset: Your mindset can make or break your success. Cultivate a positive mindset by practicing gratitude, visualization, and affirmations. Surround yourself with positive people who support and inspire you, and avoid negativity and self-doubt.
5. EDUCATE. Learn and grow: Success is a journey, not a destination. Continuously learn and grow by reading books, attending workshops, and seeking out mentors + coaches who can help you improve and achieve your goals.
