Ways to Raise your Vibration!

Happy Monday!

 

Today's email is all about raising your energy or “vibration.” We've all been around someone who just has amazing energy and you crave being around that person more. 

 

"Raising your vibration" refers to increasing your level of positive energy + elevating your mood and mindset. 

 

Here are some tips that can help you raise your vibration:

1. Practice gratitude: Focus on the things that you are grateful for in your life. Gratitude helps you to shift your focus towards positive experiences and emotions.

 

2. Connect with nature: Being in nature can help you connect with the natural world around you and feel more grounded.

 

3. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness can help you to let go of negative thoughts and emotions and increase your overall sense of well-being.

 

4.Surround yourself with positivity: Spend time with people who uplift and support you, and avoid those who bring you down. Listen to music that makes you feel good, read books that inspire you, and watch movies that make you laugh!

 

Remember that raising your vibration is an ongoing process.  As you bring in more of these pieces into your daily life, you can start to shift your energy towards positivity and attract more abundance and happiness into your life.
