Pure Barre group class workouts focus on low-impact, small movements that strengthen and tone your entire body in 50 minutes or less. These music-based classes are accessible for everybody, no matter where they are in their fitness journey!
We will be offering a 50 minutes class that will work everything from your arms, abs, thighs, glutes, and mental well-being as well!
Wear your typical workout wear and a pair of socks (grip socks are a bonus)
