What to Expect
-60 minute *outdoor* yoga class for all levels with Triangle Foundry Yoga, Cycling, and Strength Studio
-meet n mingle with other awesome gals afterwards while tasting Truss Brewing beers and seltzer samples (Must be 21+ with valid ID for alcohol samples and purchases)
-crowlers, growlers, and food available for purchase from Truss and lots of picnic table to mingle and enjoy the spring weather!
-cute workout gear, yoga bolsters, mat carrying bags, and straps will be available for purchase from Triangle Foundry's shop!
-learn about Integrative Medicine, a holistic medical discipline which takes into account the whole person from Dr. Kelly Robinson of Holistic Hormones
About Truss Brewing
Truss features a variety of beers, an all natural seltzer, and a monthly gluten friendly beer option. They will open after class to serve up brews + their authentic Neapolitan style pizzas on made from scratch organic dough and rest of their organic, locally sourced menu!

Yoga, cycling, and strength located in Pleasant Hills, conveniently right on route 51! We believe in empowering you to achieve your goals while building confidence. The three main vertices of our triangle are confidence, connection, and community. Dedicate yourself to a consistent routine with us and you'll become the healthiest and happiest version of you in no time.
Our classes and environment are welcoming, friendly, and inclusive. We're here to break down any barriers that come with group classes or new fitness experiences. Everyone is welcome regardless of: race, ethnicity, gender identification, sexual orientation, political views, body type or size, etc. The judgement is dropped at the door (whether it's in studio or virtually).

-parking is available on street in front of Truss (including the to-go spots), in the lot directly across the street, in the AR Workshop parking lot, and in the Citizens Bank lot located at 50 Old Clairton Road.
