What to Expect:

*One hour hike (all levels welcome) led by Sara, of Live Well with Sara

*Mini yoga flow + meditation utilizing the full moon energy to help you release emotions that you are holding onto

*Leave the morning feeling light, refreshed, + energized!

*Optional tarot readings with Sara after the hike/yoga

About Sara

Live Well with Sara is a growing community where I share holistic wellness practices that have resonated with me throughout my journey: from tarot readings and utilizing astrology to 1:1 fitness coaching and earth-eating; I believe that mind, body, and soul must meet and be incorporated into daily practices in order to truly achieve overall wellness.... and that this looks different for each person!
