9 Summer Essentials for Mind, Body + Spirit!

Whether you're lounging by the pool, hitting the trails, or just enjoying some quiet time at your home oasis, here are 9 essentials to keep your mind, body, and spirit thriving.

 

1. Energizing Smoothie Recipes

On hot summer days cooking can feel like a chore. 

Tropical Green Smoothie aka vacation in a glass

  • Ingredients: 1 cup spinach, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup coconut water, 1 tsp grated ginger. Blend and drink!

2. A Good Book for the Soul

There's something magical about being in nature. It's grounding and invigorating. Find a local trail, or even just a nice park, and take regular walks.
