Mariah is the creator and founder of She's. Soul. Serious!
She was born in Anchorage, Alaska and grew up fishing, camping, skiing, and hiking. She now calls Western New York home- and is a huge BILLS fan. She's a wife and mama of two and a lifelong lover of all things mind, body, and soul. She is always striving to expand her knowledge and offerings. Some of her accolades include a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University, a Reiki certification, and a certificate as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She considers her best attribute her willingness to take risks in the pursuit of following her heart and soul. Her dream is to help her clients find the truest, most authentic version of themselves.
Why I started:
I wanted to offer other women the missing link that I once had. As women we often get so caught up in the grind that we start to slowly lose the parts of ourselves that make us unique, beautiful, and full of life. Sometimes all it takes is having another woman say “I see you, you’re doing a great job” and other times we need more guidance and direction. I want to offer both.
What I love about being a business owner:
As a wife and mama of two, I needed a flexible schedule and wanted to have something that was my own. This business is one of my babies that I get to shape and mold, not just to help bring out the best in my clients, but within me as well.
What type of impact do you hope to have on those you meet and/or who purchase your products?
My dream is that after working with me, each woman walks away saying “Wow, I needed that.” Sometimes we make big shifts in a session, but often times it’s the smaller shifts that over time will accumulate to make big impacts on their lives. Big and small, I am here for it all.
Who or what inspires you?
I am in awe of humans on a daily basis. Truly, we are all souls on earth trying to have the best human experience we can. I feel very motivated to be a human that brings joy and positive energy to others’ life experiences.

What does BEAUTY mean to you?
There is nothing more beautiful to me than a person being able to show up authentically in their own skin and the freedom and joy you feel as they shine with confidence.
What advice would you give your past self just starting your business?
You have got this! If you have something on your heart, don’t quit until you get there. The only way you will fail is if you quit.
