Today, we are meeting Crystal Carpenter of Chrysalis Collaborative!

Hello beautiful! 

You are a one-of-a-kind, brilliant masterpiece, and your are here for a reason. There are no accidents or coincidences. Everything around you is communicating at all times providing guidance on your soul path. Tune in and ask yourself, "Why this? Why now?" and thus begin the journey of discovery. My prayer is that my story will spark something in you that helps you travel lighter, brighter, and more free and on purpose. 

Why I started:
From childhood to young adulthood, I was an athlete, very much into health and fitness, and ate much better than the standard American diet. Yet at the ripe old age of 24, after many hospitalizations, procedures, and finally surgery, I learned that I had pancreatic cancer. Everyone who knew me was shocked and said the same, "But you're the healthiest person I know!" 

My soul knew that dis-ease wasn't meant to be the standard life for the majority of the population. I also knew that if I followed the practice of eating healthy and exercising and yet still wasn't healthy, I was missing something. Turns out, I was missing a lot! Between prayers and divinely guided research, I've learned the art of living a synthetic-chemical free, nature-infused, aligned mind, body, and spirit holistic approach to life and wellness. 

While I have lived and taught this way of life for over 10 years and have walked over 350 families from dis-ease to vibrant thriving lives, in the past 5 years I've been hyper-focused on the emotional and spiritual roots of disease and wellness. Chrysalis Collaborative was officially birthed as a business in January 2023 from the tools and teachings that I have created and discovered for myself and applied in my life and in my events, classes, and services. They have had a profound impact on my own life, those I share it with, and my clients for many years and now it is my honor to bring it to you! 

What my business has for you:
I created wellness tools that equip and empower you to live from inner alignment to all the aspects of yourself so that you are in balance and harmony within. Our outer world is created from our inner frequency and when we shift the inner world, the outer world shifts and is sustainable because it's built on a solid foundation rather than from doing things in our own strength from a place of hustle and stress. 

In addition to the tools, I offer sessions that utilize various modalities of healing to uncover, remember, and connect to your truest self and let go of what isn't serving you. I offer sessions for your expansion as you step into the next level of what you're here to do and create. 

Events and experiences such as classes and retreats are regular offerings as well. Plus I love to collaborate! I can speak, teach, and guide a session for your group, corporate event, or retreat. I also offer custom experiences, rollers or sets for your brand, business, retreat, party or event.

What I love about being a business owner:
I love the freedom to create, show up, and do everything in a way that honors my soul, my energy, my sacred purpose, and my path. My hope is to inspire you to birth your dream, find your soul's calling, and bring into the world who you are at your core and what you are here do and create. And if it's the path of entrepreneurship, my prayer is that my courage to be here encourages you to create your business!

What type of impact do you hope to have on those you meet and/or who purchase your products?
My prayer is that my tools, sessions, and experiences are a life-changing catalyst to bridge the gap from where you are to where you choose to be in your life. I don't play small and neither do my creations, yet we are full of gentle loving compassion for every bit of you and your experiences. Everything we're creating at CC is meant to have a great impact on your mind, body, and spirit wellness and to help you make the shifts you desire to be closer to living your dream from a place of inward wholeness, peace, and alignment. 

Who or what inspires you?
I find inspiration in everyone and everything around me. The words or logo on a tea bag or bottle of wine, a heart shaped rock, the way a vine dances up a tree, how the sunlight is glistening through the trees, a heartfelt song, the smell of something delicious, and how someone chooses to express themselves. I'm most inspired by people who dare to be true to themselves above all else while also living with honor and respect for all. 

What is your favorite piece of advice you've ever received or favorite quote?
"Whether you think you can, or you think you can't--you're right." 
A tribute to the power of our mindset and beliefs. I love word play and conscious language, and one of the modalities I enjoy working with in my teachings and with clients is replacing our Be-LIE-fs with what we choose to Be-ALIVE-in. 

What does BEAUTY mean to you?
Beauty is everyone and everything. From birth to death, from the peaks to the valleys and everywhere in between, all of it is wonderful and beautiful. Beauty is accepting ourselves, every part of us, exactly as we are and being at peace with ourselves while also having goals we put into action. Beauty is surrendering to our current state while having hopes and dreams. Beauty is taking excellent care of ourselves for we are a treasure to behold. Personally I feel the most beautiful when I am alive fully in who I am without hesitation, living sovereign and free, playing and laughing, creating, taking it all in with every sense at the present moment, and simply being in bliss and gratitude for life, Spirit, myself, and the world around me. 

What is the most important value in your business?
That I practice what I teach and I teach from personal experience.
