Hi, I’m Kim Venable, NC/SC Realtor with REAL Broker, LLC!

WHY I STARTED:
Going through a divorce after 20+ years of marriage, I was living paycheck to paycheck and had a thirty-year career that I didn’t love anymore. I have a passion and desire for helping and empowering other women that are going through hard times, showing the financial power in home ownership. So… I became a Realtor® I became licensed in NC and SC in 2018. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, I bought my very own first home and I was blessed to be able to quit my full-time job to become a full-time Realtor® I hired a coach, went full speed ahead and NEVER looked back!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT BEING A BUSINESS OWNER:
 I have the flexibility to travel and set my own income. I still work hard and long hours, but it’s different when it’s for yourself. I get to meet strangers that turn into friends and family. The relationships I make never stop at the closing table.

THE IMPACT I HOPE TO HAVE:
I hope everyone I meet feels special and unique. To let them know that hard times come and go like the weather. Always remember EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY!

WHO INSPIRES ME:
I have spent a lot of intention perfecting my circle. You are the five people you spend the most time with, so choose your friends wisely!

FAVORITE PIECE OF ADVICE I'VE RECEIVED:
Everything you put out into the world comes back to you always. Love more, be patient, and allow space in your heart for forgiveness and grace. 

WHAT BEAUTY MEANS TO ME:
Having the ability to love who you are, while continuing to grow. What advice would you give your past self just starting your business? Most of all, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! You will never be too much or too little for the people that are “your people''!
