Let's meet the ladies behind Live Healthy Hydrate in Cincinnati!
Why we started:
We have worked in the ER for 10 plus years and have seen a more reactive healthcare system and wanted to create a proactive environment for people to come relax and focus on their wellness. Most people are lacking essential vitamins and nutrients that keep our bodies functioning daily. We recognize IV hydration is a newer concept, truly focused on preventative healthcare and focusing on you. We strive to aid in the health and well-being of our clients, as living in a fast-paced society can lead to burnout, fatigue, and illness. We are dedicated to help personalize each treatment to fit your goals as we want to help you become your best self.
What we love about being business owners?
I love that each day holds new opportunities to promote change and I can be a part of that. I love the creativity that comes with starting and owning a business as well as the flexibility. Being able to reach the individuals in our community and offer services tailored to their needs promotes health, wellbeing, and overall happiness. Seeing the immediate effects and results is so rewarding.
What type of impact do you hope to have on those you meet and/or who purchase your products?
I hope to improve their everyday life, and aid in making them the best version of themselves. When we feel physically well, we feel empowered to live our best lives.
Who or what inspires you?
Strong women with an entrepreneurial spirit who continue to empower, build up other women, and face adversity head on.
What is your favorite piece of advice you've ever received or favorite quote?

What does BEAUTY mean to you?
Beauty means being your best self, putting your health first and loving yourself inside and out. Once we do that, I believe we are truly unstoppable and can do anything we put our minds to.
What advice would you give your past self just starting your business?
Never be afraid to take a risk, and never take rejection personally. Be willing to try anything once.
