This week we're introducing ya to an amazing gal: Victoria Heimann, owner of Confidence Med Spa!
How did you get started?
I realized early on, during college, I had a passion for helping people. I finished up my business degree and pursued a license in the medical field. The confidence boost we give our clients is very rewarding and keeps me very motivated. I wanted to create a place where people feel accepted, where they feel the aesthetic practitioners have their best interest in mind, an ethical, honest local medical spa.
What type of impact do you hope to have on your clients?
I hope they have easier mornings, higher self esteem and find comfort in knowing we are here to help in their aesthetic goals. Our goal is to provide knowledgeable customer service and preeminent services; to create a place where beauty, education, passion and honesty combine to achieve and uphold the highest standard of a medical spa.
Why do you love being a business owner and who inspires you?
The happy clients inspire me. I love knowing I add to clients confidence and self esteem on a daily basis. I love the flexibility of my schedule so I have a bigger, more present role in raising my children and the flexibility I give my employees to do the same. I love creating a place where people like to work.
What would you like our Beauty Boost members to know?
We value each and every client. We are always here for your non surgical aesthetic needs. We offer free, honest consultations and will refer out if your goals are out of our scope of practice.
What is your favorite advice/quote and what would you tell your past self just starting your business?
Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Stay positive. Stay honest. Trust less and always consult with an attorney. You will make mistakes & it may get tough but you'll grow stronger and wiser from them.
