How to Create THE LIST

Hey Gal! Happy Monday!

 

Today we are chatting on THE LIST. 

If you're like me, you LOVE lists. However, this list is a little different. This one is dedicated to helping you feel more grounded + peace + centered. 

 

I was chatting with my reiki gal explaining how I LOVE what I do and feel very blessed but I also feel like I'm just going through the motions some days. She said I'm putting out a lot of energy and I need to do things that ground me and bring in energy…. so together, we began a list in the notes app of my phone. I plan to intentionally add these into my calendar as much as I can weekly.

 

Here's a peek into my list to help motivate you to create your own:

 

→Yoga (I do a lot of bootcamp classes which I love but know I need to get back to incorporating yoga at least 1x/week

→Journal (I've let this one go a bit and plan to bring it back to life)

→Guided meditations (she recommended trying Joe Dispenza)

→Trail walks on the weekends

→Tennis..I recently got back into this after 15ish years and am loving it

→Going to Church or listening online

→Baths …where I'm not distracted and scrolling on a phone..that's the key!

 

Essentially ask yourself…where do I feel like I'm in my flow state? 

Begin taking inventory and your list will come to life!
