How To: Morning Routine, Nighttime Routine + Time Blocking

Feeling the need to get your life in order? This ones for you;)
If you feel:
Depleted
Not enough hours in the day
Inability to focus b/c of so much "task switching"
Worn down
Then give these simple yet effective items a try.
1.Morning Routine...what I've learned over the years of running TBB and getting to listen to hundreds of coaches + productive people is...DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.
One gal that's a badass in Cincy said she loves to tidy up in the AM
My hairdresser loves to watch her TV shows over coffee and ease into the day
My yogi friend does the whole sha-bang with morning yoga + lemon water + gratitude
I like to walk my dog, eat avocado toast and have coffee
**FIGURE out the time that works to rise n shine without rush and the tasks that fuel you.
2.Nighttime Routine...this one can be SUPER simple. I have found this WILDLY helps my entire next day. All I do as of lately is: Prep the coffee maker, layout my work clothes + workout clothes, have lunch ready to go, pack my work bag, charge my appliances. BOOM.
3.Time Blocking...At our internal team retreat, Cincy + Dayton owner Paige took us through a mini time blocking exercise. Essentially we listed all the must-do things in the day like eat/shower/walk dog etc. Then we put in our work and assigned time blocks to it. Give it a try!
