TBB Mini Life Audit: Discover What You Really Want

Sometimes we forget to take a step back and make sure we're really living the life we want. 

Being in the go go GO can be challenging to even pause to see WHAT we want.

So, let's do a mini life audit! Now is the ideal time of year as we wind down to the 4th quarter and gear up for the New Year.

 

I promise this won't be a boring checklist—think of it as your personal guide to rediscovering your path. Grab a cozy spot, a journal, and your favorite drink, and let's dive into some real talk.

 

1. The "How Am I Really?" Check-In

Ask yourself, "How do I actually feel right now?" No sugar-coating. Are you content, anxious, excited, restless? Get real. Write down whatever comes to mind, no matter how messy. This gives you clarity on where you stand currently. 

2. What's Thriving vs. What's Lacking

Now, make two columns. Label one “Thriving” and the other “Lacking.” In the "Thriving" column, list out the areas of your life where you feel like you're crushing it—whether it's friendships, fitness, work, or even self-care. In the "Lacking" column, write where you feel a bit stuck or unsatisfied. Be honest!

This exercise shows you where your energy's flowing and where it's stuck/feeling blah.

3. Your Dream Day

Picture your dream day. Not a vacation day, but a regular day where everything aligns just right. What time do you wake up? What are you doing? Who are you hanging with? How do you feel? Write out all the details.

This vision is gold because it reveals what truly lights you up.

4. Setting Intentional Priorities

Look at your "Lacking" list. What's one thing you can start changing NOW? It doesn't have to be huge—maybe it's carving out time for yourself, saying yes to something new, or letting go of things that no longer serve you.

Remember, small shifts lead to big changes.

5. Accountability & Community

You don't have to do this alone! Whether it's joining a new workout group, attending a self-development event, or finding an accountability partner, community keeps you on track. Surround yourself with like-minded women who are also on their own journey. You'll be amazed how much you grow when you're surrounded by the right people.   • Weekly Check-ins: Start a Sunday ritual of checking in with yourself. Ask, "What went well? What do I want to adjust next week?"
