HERE'S WHAT YOU DO:
Think through all the tasks you do each day. Approach everything as you GET to do these instead of HAVE to. It rewires your mindset. It allows you to shift from negative to positive. It can feel a little fake for certain things but I can personally say it's really changed things up for me in a positive and healthier direction.
TRY THIS:
*Instead of I HAVE to go workout. Try, I GET to workout (show gratitude for being healthy/having ability to go workout)
*Instead of, I HAVE to work today TRY, I'm get to work today. I am thankful for having a job that allows me to provide for myself (my family) and I'm looking forward to X, Y, Z.
