The Beauty Boost Spring Retreat Takeaways!

Happy Monday!

We just came off the Spring Retreat getaway in Ohio and I wanted to share some takeaways. Retreats are actually how TBB started 8ish years ago! We've been doing them every year since and the next getaway is the last weekend of August HERE.

I love the retreats because it's where women are immersed for the most amount of time and can create the most change in their lives. We have about half the group come solo and half with friends/moms/sister in laws etc. I also think it's easy to feel isolated and like we can be the only one going through “that thing.” The retreats show us that we're all going through the ups and downs of life and we don't have to do it alone.

Here are some takeaways the women shared at our closing circle. She said:

* I'm always living in the past or future. I'm leaving implementing a morning routine...I want to find joy in the chaos.

*I want to be proactive vs reactive when it comes to my self care!

*When I attended my first TBB retreat last year I was in a job I hated.  This year I'm in a job I love, starting my own biz and doing things I love!

*I Just moved and my routines went out window so this retreat helped reset my intentions and routines in the morning and validates I went through a very long time of healing and found TBB when I was ready to get out in the world and not be in isolation.  This retreat brought back to center that its essential to take care of myself and be in connection with others.

*I'm such an introvert and I'm not letting that keep me from connecting.

*I've been looking for a community for awhile. I traveled and lost my core group and feel like a lone wolf. I missed having friends.  This is what I've been looking for. …authentic connection on big and small things.

Whether you can join in for a whole weekend, a local day retreat or a one off event, we hope you get what you need out of TBB <3
