The Exact Sunday List that CHANGED my Life
Happy Monday!
I've tested this out now for a few months and my little “baby” has proven herself to be one of the BEST things I've done for my mental sanity and productivity!
Every Sunday late evening I take about an hour and do the below.
Note: I put this in my gmail calendar on repeat titled, “Weekly Setup for Success: Goals."
*Pick up meal prep by luxe n lemons + all meals outlined
(aka I make sure I know what I'm eating all week and I have been ordering Aldis through Instacart)
*Schedule Stuart the Hounds walks + doggie daycare + my workouts
(I like to rotate between 3 studios so this takes a little time)
*Schedule/review all TBB meetings + time block all items that need to get done for work
*Plug in any social outings and try not to overdo it (no more than 2 evenings of things back to back)
*Review my Chase Bank account, pay bills and take inventory on my money situation
*Charge my appliances, tidy up my house, do laundry
*Lay out
