The Motivation Plan...how to stay motivated 101
Happy Monday!
The gals in my office this week were talking about a 30 day challenge they're starting February 1st and new habits they're forming because this is the time of year where it can get challenging to stay motivated.
Everything I've learned through our TBB workshops + coaches comes down to this: You won't always be motivated or excited to do "the thing" so you HAVE to form HABITS and tap into your WHY. Habits help us build routine & rituals and our body + mind can get adjusted to these, almost putting us on autopilot.
However, I also think you can sprinkle in the "fun factor" (and motivation) by incorporating things like a new 30 day challenge.
My friend is doing a 30 day challenge of:
*Drinking two full bottles a day from this water bottle
*Completing 12 hot yoga classes
*Moving her body daily
*Finishing a book her mom gave her
*Completing out some freelance specific projects
