Growth, Money Mindset, Values, Manifestation...all the things!

Happy Monday!

Today is a hodge podge of what I consider "All the Things."
They all can work simultaneously together to help with growth...growth in your personal life, growth in mental health, growth in career and on.

This year, I'm personally experiencing the most growth when it comes to business. A lot of you may know we went from 5 cities to 17 cities in the matter of three months. I mainly heard a lot of "OMG that's amazing" and it is...but it also comes with a lot of learnings.

My job as the founder went from just running Columbus, OH events and overseeing a bit here and there to full on supporting the whole list of cities, setting up proper trainings, managing multi-city sponsorships and on.

Because of this kind of growth, we have to implement way more processes, procedures and streamlining. It's super exciting but also brings a lot of NEWNESS and walking into the unknown/trials and errors/figuring things out as we go and continuing to learn.

The things that have helped me so far are a combo of "all the things" which are:
*Values. Really getting clear on my values and my why...which I've always gone back to but I'd say my now WHY in regards to TBB is to help women feel empowered, healthy + beautiful AND help women (aka our city owners) live a life more on their own terms with more financial freedom (while doing GOOD). And then working to make all choices based on a yes or no if they align with my values.

*Manifestation. This is one area I haven't fully totally grasped but I think it's soooo cool and effective. I use my vision board, created during one of our events, as my starting point for this. PS we'll be seeing a virtual event on this come March...

*Money Mindset. This is probably the hardest one for me. I grew up in an environment where money was never discussed and we never had enough. I carried this into adulthood and have never really cared about material things. I'm working with a new business coach and money mindset is a huge part of that. For me, I want to make more money b/c you can impact and do more good. I also have personal goals of adoption, taking my mom on vacation every year and overall not feeling financially stressed.

*Mantras. This can seem like a small one but it's so big. I would look at things you tell yourself on repeat meaning it doesn't have to be a specific mantra you look up for your yoga class and repeat 10 times that day. One of my good friends always say "I'll never meet a good guy." It's really impactful what we program our mind with.

Find what works for you!
