These Organizational Tricks Changed my Life!

I spoke about this on my Instagram and wanted to share it here. I recently just traveled to Charleston, SC during my busiest time ever with TBB as a whole and running TBB Columbus and was still able to enjoy my trip while maintaining my business.

 

I don't think life ever really slows down nor do I use language like “if I can just get through this week.”

Learning to be organized, time blocked and focus on the items that move the needle have changed my life and allowed me to still be able to plan trips, have fun and now allow my work life to suffer.

My best pieces of advice
1. Get your home life in order as much as you can aka use meal prep services (or actually meal prep)+ services like Instacart for groceries so you eat clean and have go to options.

2. Create a minimalistic life. Get rid of clutter. Stop buying Amazon daily. You don't need new items and outfits for everything and it honestly makes us miserable. Having minimal stuff keeps my house tidy and simple for cleaning at all times.

3. Sleep. Find a workout routine that works for you. I use classpass when traveling or trying to find a studio I love. Otherwise, do some free YouTube videos at home.

4. Be aware of your inner circle and self talk. This is drastically important.

5. When it comes to work, figure out an organizational method that works for you. I'm a huge fan of my Gmail calendar, bookmarking tabs, creating folders in my email with templates and our team uses Notion
