This Tip WILL Make you More Productive

I am ALL about being more productive to save me time so I can be doing more things I actually want to be doing;) They say millionaires DO NOT use to-do lists. They time box. It's ranked by Harvard as one of the best productivity hacks there is.
HERE'S WHAT YOU DO:
First you brain dump. You write down your tasks you need to get done for the day onto paper.
Second, you identify your top 3 tasks for the day. What HAS to happen?
Last, you time box these into your calendar. *I always advise to add a bit more time than you really think it'll take just to be safe.
Note: I will say I add a lot more tasks than 3 BUT I do assign priority to my top 3. Then anything else I get done is like a bonus.
OTHER TIPS:
*If you're working from home, I've seen so many people set a time with friends where they jump on a zoom and essentially "co-work." You're not all chatting. You mute yourselves and set a timer for an hour or whatever you choose but it essentially holds you all accountable with the cameras on. It's said to be especially great for those with ADHD.
*Try listening to Binaural beats while working to help with focus. There are special apps for this or I just type it into my Spotify.
