Tips to Get the MOST out of your Week

We talk a lot about self-development + living life to the fullest and that's a bit of what today is going to be about. 

 

Many of you have been following along that Paige and I (Rachel) put on a big nationwide TBB Biz conference this past week. In addition, I had events Nov 5, 7, 8, 9th (the conference), 10th, 11, 12th and 14th. WHOOF. 

 

I want to take a moment because many of us would be saying “Uh I just gotta get through this week” or in a tremendous amount of stress. This week was a lot but I genuinely felt excited, fulfilled and at peace as I weaved into each day and while you might not have a week of events ahead, we all carry a hefty workload of responsibilities these days so I wanted to share my practices whether your an entrepreneur, mom or just flowing through task after task. 

 

My Main Tips n Tricks:

  1. Get your personal life in order. We've heard this to exhaustion but we gotta do it. Sleep, Meal Prep, Move your body, have a clean space. Find systems to help you with this or outsource what you can. 

  2. PREP PREP PREP. I never just let my schedule hit me in the face. I look ahead and work backwards. I utilize systems like my gmail with time blocking, Notion for organization with work, freelancers for certain projects and on. 

  3. Look at the week ahead and calendar out. Pick any 20 minute gap on the weekend and look at your week ahead. I try not to over do it on social plans, see where I have meetings, any prep work I need, plan out my workout classes, dog walks etc.  

  4. Ask for as much help as possible and try to not perfect everything. I ask for help anywhere I can get it! I also know when I've done enough and I allow things to just be vs obsessing over them being picture perfect.
