Ways to Tackle What you WANT

In order to get what you want in life, you HAVE to be in the right headspace.

------> A year before I launched The Beauty Boost, I did a "mental cleanse" where I just loaded up on quality podcasts, surrounded myself with people doing amazing things and just kept redirecting my thoughts out of fear/limiting thoughts and on.

I find myself needing to do this kinda refresh quite often to maintain my work and my personal life.

The ways I find best to tackle what we want are things you've heard before. It's like we KNOW what to do but it's SO HARD. These are always what help me reframe:
*Move your body
*Limit the shit like processed foods/too much alcohol or anything making you feel sluggish
*Only spend time with people who lift you up
*Journal/meditate/pray
*Find quiet time for walks or just you
*Read/listen to podcasts that energize you

All of this is why I wanted to do the upcoming SUMMER TUNE-UP May 15-May 28...I think we can all benefit from it and having accountability through a group makes it so much easier. The idea is it'll be easy yet effective:)
