Creating a Life Plan 101

Happy Monday!

Rachel here. I find myself OFTEN thinking about what I want out of my days, if I'm spending my time in accordance to what I say I value and if I'm having fun.

Many of you know this was a BIG reason why I created The Beauty Boost (because I wasn't thriving in my days). All that to say, I still repeat this process for myself as I evolve + change and I know this could be helpful for you too.

Step 1
: Get CLEAR on your VALUES. How you spend your time is the TRUE indicator of what you value. You may SAY you value family time but when you look at your calendar you're not blocking any family time in. Get Clear. 

Step 2: List out the things that bring you excitement. For me that would be things like: creating events, talking/coaching women, tennis, seeing my grandma, happy hours on patios, morning dog walks etc. 

Step 3: Think about what income you want/need to bring you the lifestyle you want. This isn't about making millions and having a private jet. This is about not being financially stressed 24/7. 

Step 4: Write out your Ideal Working Day...My coach had me do this and I repeat this exercise every year at minimum. You start with the second you wake up til the moment you go to bed.

NOW----> this is just a STARTING point to get a bit more aware + clear. Try to let go of expectations + frustration as you do this.
