I have lived in Lincoln, NE for 35 years, it is a wonderful city.  I have been married for almost 27 years and have two kids.  My son is a 4th grade teacher in Fort Worth, TX and his wife is a speech pathologist.  My daughter is a professional dancer in California.  I am a 4th grade teacher and also teach aerobics in my "free" time.  I love to travel, spend time at the lake or beach, exercise and read.  I want to help the women in Lincoln and surrounding communities to truly feel empowered, healthy and beautiful in all aspects of life.  

⟣ LINCOLN FAVORITES ⟢

Lincoln is definitely a small town feeling with the big city amenities.  We are known for having all 4 seasons here..sometimes all within the same day!  You will see our city light up in RED on Husker game days.  GO Huskers!  My family and I love music and attending concerts is one of our favorites to do.  Lincoln is known for Runza and Valentino's Pizza.  Both are YUMMY!

⟣ MY IDEAL SUNDAY ⟢

Working out and teaching aerobics is my favorite way to start not only my Sunday, but my week.  It is my way to connect with other women in my life, but also to focus on myself and start my week off in a positive way.  My husband knows that I love to come home and take a nap (it's my one day of the week I can do that).  You will also see me spending time with family or simply reading a book or preparing for the upcoming week.
