Gabrielle Bernstein is someone I've lightly followed for years. She teaches a lot of amazing things and I'm sharing a pretty simple (but can be very effective) technique today that she calls, "The Daily Design Method."
Essentially this "directs your good-feeling emotions so you attract what you want throughout the day, everyday."
The Daily Design Method is this.
Simply start each morning with answering these four questions:
How do I want to feel today?
Who do I want to be today?
What do I want to receive today?
What do I want to give today?
Pro Tip: You can journal this OR just THINK about the answers on your morning drive, dog walk or over your cup of coffee.
