Meet Paige, owner of Soiree Beauty!
Why I started:
I started Soiree beauty because I worked in salons where I was doing services I didn't want to do and I had no ability to take any time off. I even missed my best friend's baby shower. So I went off on my own to be independent in my own space. As time went on, I got very busy with a waitlist. I was also getting very lonely missing the team aspect. At that point I decided to open a salon that embodied my ideas of what work life balance would look like.
What I love about being a business owner:
I love that I can inspire and help people grow. My goal was to help people reach their goals and happiness with their career, whether that be going all the way to ownership themselves or finding a work life balance to accommodate their lifestyle.
What type of impact do you hope to have on those who you meet and/or who have purchased products or services?
I hope to inspire others across the world to treat others the way they want to be treated!
Who or what inspires you?
Women inspire me as a whole. We are such a resilient group of people. Some of my friends who have also become small business owners have always lent a helping hand for me and that inspires me to be that help for someone else.
What is your favorite piece of advice you've ever received or favorite quote?
Keep pushing and keep your mindset positive!
What does BEAUTY mean to you?
Beauty to me means making YOURSELF feel good!
What advice would you give to your past self just starting your business?
Don't let the rough patches discourage you. Those patches are the best learning experiences.
What would you like our Beauty Boost members to know?
Soiree beauty is a good vibes salon. We really get to know our clients and love to laugh and talk with them. We specialize in structured gel manicures using russian e-file techniques and nail art. Our pedicures don't have jets because sanitation is a top priority.
